Awatar.net (pronounced as avatar) is a freelancing platform for remote shoppers where you can make money by digging through crates of vinyl records, inspecting, purchasing them on behalf of your clients (at physical shops, fairs, flea markets, etc.), packing them up and mailing them out.

To become an avatar in the first place, youll need to fill out a short form, pass a short interview and set up a profile via our web app, where youll also manage your availability calendar and bookings.

Note that this app uses a lot of data to stream HD video (up to 2GB/hour), so make sure in advance that youre on an unlimited or a sufficiently generous data plan.
